微软在 Build 2013 第二天主旨演讲上，宣布了 Windows Azure 的两项服务移动服务（Mobile Services）和网站（Web Sites）的正式发布。

其中 Windows Azure 移动服务（Mobile Services）可以帮助开发者开发 Windows、Windows Phone、iOS 和 Android 应用时将数据存储于 Azure 云端，验证用户、或推送提醒。微软在 2012 年 8 月宣布了 Mobile Services 的预览版，自那起，已经有 20,000 应用使用了 Azure Mobile Services。

这次微软也正式发布了 Windows Azure 网站（Web Sites）的正式版，Azure Web SItes 服务能够帮助开发者快速在 Azure 部署网站，可自选 WordPress 等网站应用一键安装，WebMatrix 也可以进行管理。
