微软 2011 年 10 月推出了 Windows Dev Center 开发者中心，为开发者和设计师提供了 Windows 平台开发和设计的所有文档、教程、范例和下载资源。

就在 Build 2013 召开前，微软也对其 Windows Dev Center 做出了重大更新，新的网站已经与 Windows.com 风格、布局一致。

新 Windows Dev Center 网站：Windows Store 应用、Internet Explorer、桌面应用、硬件。

另外微软还有 Windows Phone 开发者中心、Office 开发者中心、Azure。
